The Kela Mini VOK set includes 5 items: a cast-iron WOK pan (24 cm), a glass lid, a removable grid for tempura (frying), bamboo tongs, bamboo sticks.
Such a set is an excellent choice for those who are fond of Asian cuisine. In the WOK cast iron pan, it is convenient to both fry dishes and stew them. During cooking, the temperature is distributed evenly due to the fairly thick walls and bottom of the pan.
The VOK set of the Kela Mini includes a removable stainless steel grid. It is used when preparing tempura (deep-fried) dishes. To do this, a large amount of vegetable oil is poured into the pan, it is heated to a high temperature and pieces of products in the batter are dropped into it. After the products are covered with a golden crust, they should be placed on a wire rack so that excess oil drains off.
The WOK pan is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The glass cover withstands temperatures up to 180°C, the pan - up to 300°C.
