You can stew meat, fish and vegetables in it, including large portioned pieces, as well as cook roast, stew, goulash and much more. Any dish in the KELA Kerros saucepan will be prepared at the highest level thanks to a special combination of the thickness of the sides and their height and the circulation of heated air under the glass cover, which significantly reduces heat transfer and allows you to monitor the state of the food during its preparation.

The KELA Kerros casserole is made of cast aluminum. The thickness of its walls is 5 mm. The inner part of the saucepan has a multi-layer non-stick coating Greblon-Non-Stick-C3 +, developed by Weilburger (Germany). This coating withstands temperatures up to 180 degrees and makes it possible to cook dishes with a minimum amount of fat, in its own juice, and with moderate heating - on a dry surface. The non-stick coating Greblon-Non-Stick-C3 + has a high degree of resistance to mechanical damage (scratches, abrasions, chips). KELA Kerros lidded saucepans can be used on all types of stoves, including induction, and can be washed in dishwashers.
