It is a pneumatic button for safe and convenient use of the grinder in your kitchen. Using a pneumatic button allows you to safely install the power button in places where water is present.

The pneumatic switch button can be installed on the worktop near the sink or directly on the sink. Required hole 33 mm. The button is connected by an AIR HOSE to a switch built into the chopper body. When you press the button, the air through the hose presses on the switch-chopper turns on. The next time you press it, it turns off. Since only an air hose (and not electrical wires) is connected to the pneumatic button, you can quite easily turn on the chopper with wet hands, and also not be afraid of water getting on the button (which is inevitable near the sink).

The pneumatic chopper control button is installed in a place convenient for you, but the less water gets on the button, the longer it will last:
in the tabletop;
free opening in the kitchen sink (for example, instead of the automatic valve in BLANCO sinks).
