Order processing:

If within an hour after placing an order, our managers did not contact you by phone, please call us back - this will reduce the processing time of your order. Without confirmation, the goods will not be delivered!

If you made an application outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day, after which our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the order and delivery address.
Delivery of goods is made after 12:00 (delivery before 12:00 is discussed with the manager separately!)

Taking into account the increasing orders by work, the goods will be sent only after the details have been agreed with our managers by phone. In the event that the customer for some reason does not get in touch more than 12:00, the order will be canceled with an indication of the reason.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday to Friday.

When ordering cash on delivery in the amount of more than 3000 UAH, as a confirmation of the agreement between the client and our IM, a mandatory prepayment of at least 10% of the order amount is required. The rest of the money can be paid by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.

This need is related to the increasing cases of non-appearance of customers at the carrier's warehouse without a good reason, which entails compensation to the carrier for the costs of transportation in two directions, as well as payments for cargo storage.

Please note that the prepayment amount is a small part of the total amount of the order and is aimed at establishing stable and mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.

Commission for sending money by courier services "Nova Poshta" or "Justin" or "Ukrposhta" - paid by the buyer!

The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Legislation of Ukraine ("Law of Ukraine on consumer protection") cosmetic and perfumery products are included in the "List of goods of good quality that are NOT subject to exchange (return)" - this means that if the goods purchased in our store of good quality, then it is not subject to exchange and return (Section I, Article I, paragraph 13: due quality of goods, work or services - a property of the product, in accordance with the Requirements established for this product in regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents, and terms of the contract with the consumer).
